The 2010 First Annual Hospitali-Tee Golf Tournament with our friends at Dallas Fort Worth Area Tourism Council and TxACOM was definitely served with a twist. From our amazing helicopter ball drop from our friend Gil Geddes to chair massages and a dramatic longest drive competition with the energetic Nyle Pruitt, we had a great time at Cowboys. Visors off to Cowboys, by the way, as they tee’d up the most amazing tournament for us complete with the best service we’ve seen thus far!

The Nasher Sculpture Center provided the perfect aesthetic backdrop for our April monthly meeting. It was an action-packed month and double dose of hospitality with more great educational programming and our annual golf.

HSMAI served up its annual holiday social Hollywood style with the help of Jonathan Goldwater and the amazing Green Screen photo shoot. Members and guests shared good holiday cheer with friends, as they struck poses for the camera against some fun holiday backdrops. Thank you to Jonathan for donating his time and efforts in giving a little panache to this event. Santa hats off to Hotel Lumen, as well, for providing the perfect venue to mix, mingle and jingle.

The 2009 HSMAI-DFW Annual Awards Gala at the NYLO-Dallas/Las Colinas welcomed more than 100 members and guests to congratulate our members for their extraordinary contributions to the chapter this year. Members laughed out loud as they watched their colleagues grab for cash in our Membership Drive Money Machine, and the event was underscored by the presentation of our annual chapter awards to individuals and companies who made significant impacts on our chapter this year. 2009 Award Recipients.

The event also recognized the 2009 Board of Directors for its dedication to the chapter in moving it forward, highlighting
the many awards the chapter has won in recent years, and HSMAI International's Margie Sheffer installed the Board of Directors for your 2010 term. Meet your 2010 Board of Directors.

The high energy gala raised the bar this year with a Las Vegas style showgirl theme provided by Eclipse Entertainment and with the support of our AV Partner PSAV for the awards presentation. The event also recognized HSMAI's past presidents in a special recognition ceremony.
